I have been using the product for two years already pero hindi continuous. Merong times na I wouldn't use it for a month or two to try another product pero bumabalik pa rin ako sa paggamit nito. Why? Dahil may visible changes sa skin ko.

Hindi naman ako kagandahan mga teh! (Hindi lang Dr. Alvin ang solusyon kung sakali kundi retoke na mga besh!) Pero Hindi lang minsan na sinabihan akong kumikinis ang face ko. Even mga kasamahan ko sa trabaho and friends na matagal nang hindi nakita napapansin ang mga pagbabago. When I went to Malaysia, sabi nung isang kasama namin ang skin ko daw parang yung sa nagpapa-derma. Oh di ba mga besh?! Take note, noon ko lang siya na-meet. (Hmmm Hindi kaya nagmamaganda lang?)

At first, I didn't mind using the product. Kahit na siguro ineengganyo ako nun ng mga ka-trabaho ko. There was a time kasi na meron nagpunta sa office namin para magbenta. Sabi ko sa kanila I am still satisfied with my skin regimen. Naks naman! Ayaw ko lang kasi nung peeling and redness effect sa face lalo na pag naarawan. Eh ang init kaya dito sa Ilocos mga besh!

However, I did try the product nung naiwan ng kuya ko yung rejuv set niya sa bahay. Yes! "Kuya" mga teh! Seaman siya. Maton pero mas maarte pa kesa sakin. Kalerqui! Since nakasampa naman na siya sa barko, ako na lang gumamit. Ha ha. Toner and bleaching cream lang yun nun.

Hari ng Rejuv indeed! I can attest to that!

At first okay pa naman. No sting, no redness, no peeling. Wala lang. After two to three days, nagstart na siyang humapdi (ang init sa face nung toner, besh!) and then may nagpeel na part sa may pisngi ko. Nagsisisi na ako nun! Nagkaroon ng mapa ng Iceland sa pisngi ko. I thought nasunog na skin ko. I discontinued my use of the product. Umabot sa puntong nagbabaon ako ng pang-spray sa face para wisik-wisik lang kapag humahapdi! Pero they told me na ganun talaga ang epekto nung product. Mawawala din daw. Hindi na ako gumamit pa. That was summer of 2017.

I did give Dr. Alvin Rejuvenating Set another try. Love is sweeter the second time around, divey mga besh?! Bumili ako ng isang set around June or July 2017. Since tag-ulan naman na, hindi na masyadong mainit. And that was the start of my on-again off-again relationship with Dr. Alvin Rejuvenating Set.

One set includes: one Kojic Acid Soap, one 60 ml Rejuvenating Toner, one 10 g Sunblock Cream SPF 15 PA++, and a 10 g Rejuvenating Cream.

Before, nakalagay siya sa clear plastic pouch. Pero ngayon, nakalagay na sa isang gold metallic box. Cost cutting? Ewan. Pero I like it that way kasi it's environmentally friendly in terms of packaging. Reduction of plastic waste and mas shushyal tingnan! Palakpakan!!!!

How to use it:
Personally, I don't have a specific time kung kelan ba dapat ginagamit. Basta day and night. Nung una I religiously follow package instructions. Pero hindi na sa ngayon.

The back of the package are instructions and important reminders in using the product.

First, syempre you have to wash your face muna using the Kojic soap. Pat dry lang mga besh. Then apply the toner. But make sure nasa harap ka na ng electric fan set at highest speed or harap ng aircon naka-set sa pinakamalamig para 'di mo ma-feel yung hapdi! Then apply a thin layer of Rejuvenating Cream after. Ang huling ritual, apply a generous amount of Sunblock cream to protect your face from the sun's UV rays.

Yan mga besh! Day and night yan daily.

As per instruction, use the rejuv cream at night, sunblock at daytime after toning. That's not how I do it. I apply everything included in the set both day and night. Sunblock cream even at night? Yes, besh! I don't know if it has an impact sa overall effect nito sa skin ko pero so far, wala namang negative na nangyayari. Gumaganda pa nga eh. Ha ha. Add ko lang: I have oily skin.

Sabi ko nga kanina I occasionally try different skin care products pero ito, honest to goodness... bumabalik ako sa paggamit ng Dr. Alvin Rejuvenating Set. Bakit ko binabalik-balikan? Kasi using the product, napapansin yung magandang effects sa face ko not just me pero yung mga nakakakita sa akin. Countless times pinupuri skin ko and if asked what I'm using sinasabi ko talaga sa kanila... alagang Dr. Alvin yan!

What I like about the product: Effective whitening, No more pimples, Nakakapagpakinis. Feeling ko smaller na ang pores ko.

What I don't like about the product: The toner's so strong it stings when applied; Peeling and redness of skin. But I know all these are part of the process. Tiis ganda lang!

I have to say this: This is not a paid advertisement mga besh. Wish ko lungs! Dr. Alvin, beke nemen? Ha ha. Kidding.

If you're thinking of trying it out, one set is priced Php 350.00. I have heard na merong mga nag-ooffer ng lower price na umaabot ng Php 250.00 pinakamura pero may doubt ako sa authenticity ng product. Okay na ako dun sa mahal pero sigurado ka namang hindi fake, right?!
